Kim Pearce

Kim holds many responsibilities with the Firm and has been with the firm since its inception in November of 2011. A Baltimore native, Kim came to Delaware in the late 1980s. She has had a long career with law firms since her second year of college. It's all she knows. Real Estate settlements are her first love. She loves talking with buyers who are purchasing for the first time and enjoys the discussion explaining the process. She is a firm believer that there is never a stupid question when it comes to buying a home. She was an adjunct instructor at DTCC for 10 years teaching the real estate paralegal end of the closing process. Kim also serves in the capacity of Office Manager and holds client relations in high regard. She has a passion for photography and loves her time with family and her pets.


Christina Huck

Christina has lived in Seaford for over 20 years. She is a recent graduate of Delaware Technical and Community College. She began working with The Smith Firm in June of 2015. Prior to working with us Christina worked as a receptionist in a local Doctor's office for over 7 years. She is a mother of two beautiful children, Katelyn and Lucas. When she can, she spends her free time giving back to the local communities through outreach programs with her church.

Amy Littleton

Amy is the newest addition to The Smith Firm's real estate department.  She has become quite the asset!
 
She is a native of Sussex County.  After over 20 years in the finance industry, Amy found a passion for Real Estate and has been a Real Estate Coordinator for 4 years. She thoroughly enjoys talking with buyers, sellers, lenders and agents as preparation for settlements are made.
 
In her free time she enjoys vacationing at her favorite tropical destinations and spending time with her family, to include her two golden retrievers.
 


Brittney Lynne Outten

Brittney started at The Smith Firm in 2020 as the receptionist and quickly worked her way up to Real Estate Assistant and then Real Estate Paralegal. She is the go-to for all things organization and charts and helps mainstream processes to make transactions seamless. She is always looking for the next way to help make real estate settlements easy and smooth so everyone can enjoy the closing process.
 
She graduated from Del-Tech in 2024 Magna Cum Laude with an Associates Degree in Legal Studies. Her love of all things automotive shows in her co-ownership of a repair shop with her husband, as well as her always changing car and truck buys and builds. In her off time, you can find her spending time with her husband and her fur-babies, Memphis & Lucy, and her ducks, Dolly, Hank, Willie & Waylon, crafting in her home office, or at a baseball game.
